Gaffney Halligan recently acted for a cyclist who was knocked from his bicycle and unfortunately sustained multiple injuries. The Board’s initial assessment of damages was rejected as it was insufficient and did not fully represent the extent of the injuries sustained by our client.

The case was brought forward to the Courts and settled on the morning of the hearing achieving a settlement that was nearly 70% greater than the original Injuries Board assessment.
